Ingredients: gluten-free oatmeal 72%, inulin 8% (chicory fibre*), almonds 8%, freeze-dried banana 6%, coconut flakes 6%.

Preparation: Shake the sealed container before preparation. 50 g of the mixture* pour 150 ml of warm water, stir and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
*Water can be replaced by warm or cold milk/plant-based drink. Oatmeal can also be eaten with yoghurt.
