GLUTEN-FREE - Gluten-free toasted bread 300g
Soft, fragrant bread, ideal for morning toast but also for the usual sandwiches, with a brand new recipe: wheat starch-free and high in fibre. The new packaging method prevents the open bread from drying out.
Ingredients:
Starch 31% (corn, rice), water, flour 22% (barley, rice), rice syrup, rapeseed oil, thickeners: xanthan gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; yeast, sorghum flour 1.6%, concentrated grape juice, fibre: plantain (psyllium), bamboo; salt, flavouring.
Suitable for people with gluten intolerance. Suitable for vegans.
