Dietary food for special medical purposes for the dietary treatment of phenylketonuria (PKU).

Preparation.

Ingredients:

Soup (54.5%): inulin, potato starch, Himalayan salt, dried vegetables (carrot 2.3% onion 2.3%, parsley root, leek, parsley 0.6%), poultry fat 4.5%, flavouring, chicken extract 1%, spices (pepper 0.3%, turmeric).

Freeze-dried pasta PKU (45,5%): gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, colouring: carotenes.

May contain mustard, celery, sulphur dioxide, soya.
