Ingredients: gluten-free mix (corn starch, potato starch, modified corn starch, lupin flour, modified cassava starch, dextrose, thickener guar gum, emulsifier soya lecithin, ascorbic acid), gluten-free wheat starch - suitable for gluten-free diet, buckwheat 6%, buckwheat 6%, flaxseed 3%.

Preparation instructions:
In a home bakery. After kneading, let the dough rise for about a quarter of an hour, then shape the loaf into a loaf on a baking sheet or in a greased tin. Leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour and then bake at about 200°C for about 60 - 70 minutes.
