A naturally inspired gluten-free sourdough bread with a balanced flavour and pleasant texture.

Water, potato starch, corn starch, rice sourdough 11% (rice flour, water), sorghum flour, corn flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium), flaxseed flour 3,8%, beet syrup, sunflower oil, quinoa flour, sugar thickener hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; cranberry compote 2,1% (cranberries, sugar, thickener: pectin, acid: citric acid), cranberry syrup 1,5% (cranberry juice concentrate, sugar, acid: citric acid), yeast, salt, chestnut flour, natural flavouring.
