Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 400 ml coconut milk
- fresh fruit to taste (raspberries/blueberries/strawberries,...)
- fruit jam to taste (strawberry/raspberry,...)
- a few fresh mint leaves
Procedure:
- *The day before: shake coconut milk and divide into two glasses/bowls. Pour 1 tbsp of chia seeds into each and mix thoroughly. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, add a layer of jam and garnish with black fruit and mint.
