Chia pudding with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • fresh fruit to taste (raspberries/blueberries/strawberries,...)
  • fruit jam to taste (strawberry/raspberry,...)
  • a few fresh mint leaves

Procedure:

  1. *The day before: shake coconut milk and divide into two glasses/bowls. Pour 1 tbsp of chia seeds into each and mix thoroughly. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next day, add a layer of jam and garnish with black fruit and mint.
