GLUTEN-FREE - Low-protein egg substitute PKU 200g
Product suitable for egg replacement in the preparation of: scrambled eggs, cakes, pies and other dishes.
Method of preparation: Mix 2 teaspoons (10 g) of egg substitute with 40 ml of water and whisk until foamy. This is an amount equivalent to 1 egg. Then fry in fat longer than traditional scrambled eggs. It is also a suitable product to replace eggs in the preparation of biscuits and other dishes. Adding a small amount to bread improves the texture of the bread.
Ingredients: corn starch, thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; colours: carotenes. Dietary food for special medical purposes intended for the dietary treatment of phenylketonuria (PKU).
