Preparation instructions:
410 ml cold water, 500 g of the mixture and 5 g of fresh or dried yeastin a mixing bowl and bake on the 'basic' programme.

After kneading, let the dough rise for about a quarter of an hour, then shape the loaf on a baking sheet or in a greased tin.
