PROCELI - Rustic Seeded Ciabatta, gluten free ( 2pcs) 120g Rustic PROCELI ciabatta with seeds combines a crispy crust with a soft, airy crumb – completely gluten-free. Discover the perfect combination of traditional artisan flavour and modern gluten-free recipe, straight from Spain! Lightly toast for approx. 3 minutes and enjoy a crust as crispy as if freshly baked by a baker.
Ingredients: Water, rice flour, rice starch, tapioca starch, psyllium fibre, sunflower oil, flaxseeds (2.5%), sugar, dehydrated inactive rice sourdough, thickeners: E464, guar gum; yeast, poppy seeds (1%), sunflower seeds (0.8%), salt, carob flour, preservatives: E202, E281; emulsifier: E471, flavourings. May contain traces of egg, mustard, and sesame seeds.
