Water, 28% corn starch*, rice sourdough* natural (rice flour*, water), rice flour*, 6% barley flakes*, 3% corn flour*, sunflower oil*, psyllium seed husks*, pea protein*, dextrose*, sea salt, apple cider vinegar*, yeast*, thickener: guar gum*, xanthan gum; spices*, natural flavouring.

The bread is suitable for direct consumption and for baking.
Tip: Toast individual slices for a more intense flavour.
