Bábovka as from grandmother

Ingredients:

• 500 g gluten-free cake mix
• 130 g soft butter
• 180 g of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 125 ml of milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Procedure:

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the soft butter, sugar, eggs, milk and baking powder. Stir the ingredients until smooth.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, grease the mould. Pour the batter into the tin and place in the preheated oven.
3. Bake for about 50 minutes.
