Gluten-free spinach pasta

Ingredients:

  • GLUTEN-FREE PENNE pasta
  • 300 g frozen spinach
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese or Parmesan
  • large cloves of garlic
  • Vegetable seasoning
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • salt, pepper

Procedure:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, finely chop the garlic and fry for a while.
  3. Then add the frozen spinach, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
  4. Finally, season with salt, pepper and vegetables, add 2 tablespoons of cheese and mix.
  5. Finally, garnish the dish with the rest of the cheese.
