Gluten-free spinach pasta

Ingredients:
- GLUTEN-FREE PENNE pasta
- 300 g frozen spinach
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese or Parmesan
- large cloves of garlic
- Vegetable seasoning
- 5 tablespoons oil
- salt, pepper
Procedure:
- Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package.
- Heat the oil in a pan, finely chop the garlic and fry for a while.
- Then add the frozen spinach, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
- Finally, season with salt, pepper and vegetables, add 2 tablespoons of cheese and mix.
- Finally, garnish the dish with the rest of the cheese.
