GLUTEN-FREE - PKU low protein all-purpose flour mix, 1000g
Product for self-preparation. Excellent concentrate for baking bread, rolls, buns and sweet pastries.
Ingredients: Gluten-free wheat starch, glucose, corn starch, thickener: guar gum, E464; fibre, acidity regulator: E 575, raising agent: sodium carbonates.

Method of preparation.
Ingredients: 500 g Extra all-purpose low-protein mix 0,5 teaspoon salt (5 g), 0,5 teaspoon sugar (8 g), 7 g yeast powder, 450 ml warm water, 3 tablespoons oil (20 g).
Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a container, add salt and mix. Then add the sugar, yeast, pour in the water (temperature around 26°C) and oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until homogeneous. Put the dough in a mould, cover with cloth and leave for about 30 minutes at room temperature (about 20 ° C). When the dough has doubled in volume, brush the top of the bread with oil and place the mould in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. When the bread is ready, remove from the tin and leave to cool. Suggested baking tin size 27 cm x 12 cm. Baking in an oven without air circulation is recommended. |
