An original gluten-free baking mix with Belgian chocolate, perfect for chocolate treats straight from the oven.

Brownies, chocolate muffins and chocolate cakes have never been easier to prepare.

With the Schär Brownies baking mix, a wide variety of chocolate creations can be made quickly and easily — from brownies to chocolate cakes and muffins.

The mix is naturally lactose-free and wheat-free (replace milk with a plant-based drink during preparation if required).

Ingredients:
Raw cane sugar, corn starch, corn flour, cocoa powder, chocolate 7,4% (sugar, cocoa mass 33%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural flavouring), rice flour, lentil flour, modified tapioca starch, thickener: tara gum.

May contain eggs.
The mix is prepared without gluten, wheat and milk.

Preparation instructions:

Line a baking tin 24 cm diameter or a 20×20 cm baking tray with baking paper.
1) Prepare 150 g melted butter, 2 whole eggs and 100 ml milk.
2) Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
3) Mix the melted butter, milk and eggs with 350 g of the brownie mix until smooth.
4) Pour the batter evenly into the prepared tin.
5) Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
6) Allow to cool, then cut into small pieces.
