Gluten-free Bread and Pizza Baking Mix is an excellent product, consisting of wholemeal oat flour, corn starch and rice flour.Thanks to well-chosen proportions, the bread mix retains the characteristics of wheat flour, including its plasticity. This unique recipe without preservatives and raising agents allows you to fully enjoy the taste of crispy bread while taking care of your health.Our gluten-free bread mix is also suitable for pizzas, which are great for casual parties and visiting friends or family. One packet is enough to bake two loaves of bread or four large pizzas.It is also very easy to use. To prepare the dough for baking, just add a pinch of salt, a little olive oil, yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and lukewarm water. The following proportions should be observed:

  • 100 ml of water per 100 grams of mixture

  • approx. 15 grams of fresh yeast per 500 grams of mixture

  • There are about 7 grams of dried yeast per 500 grams of mixture

The gluten-free bread and pizza mix has a well-balanced composition to facilitate preparation and reduce the time spent in the kitchen. Baking homemade bread is now even easier and our ready-made bread mix is responsible for the delicate taste and correct texture.

 

RECIPES:

Bread

  • 500 g Bread Mix BEZLEPKU

  • 1 and 1/3 teaspoons salt (10 g)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (15 g)

  • 500 ml lukewarm water

  • 15 g fresh yeast or 7 g dried yeast

  • 3 tbsp oil + for spreading


Pour the mixture, salt, sugar into a bowl and mix. Using your hand or a mixer, knead the dough into a smooth mass, gradually add the water with the dissolved fresh yeast, finally add the oil.If using dried yeast, add directly to the mixture. Place the dough in an oiled tin (28 x 9 cm), flatten the surface, cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for about 45 minutes to double in volume.Preheat the oven to 200 °C with a pot of water on the bottom. Brush the dough lightly with oil, place in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes (without hot air). After baking, remove the bread from the tin, leave to cool and cover.
Bread from the bakery - bake on the programme for about 3.5 hours

Pizza

  • 250 g Bread Mix WITHOUT BLANK

  • ¾ teaspoon salt (5 g)

  • ½ tsp sugar (7 g)

  • 200 ml lukewarm water

  • 10 g fresh yeast or 5 g dried yeast

  • 2 tablespoons oil


Pour the mixture, salt, sugar into a bowl and mix. Using your hand or a mixer, knead the dough into a smooth mass, gradually adding the water with the dissolved fresh yeast, finally adding the oil. If using dried yeast, add it directly to the mixture.Cover the dough with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes to double in volume. Roll out the dough or shape it into a thin cake with greased hands, arrange your favourite ingredients and bake at 200 °C (without hot air) for about 30 minutes.
