Nut bread

Ingredients:
- 30 g bread flour
- 150 g of ground sunflower seeds
- 100 g ground mixed nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews)
- 100 g ground almonds
- flaxseed, finely chopped
- 20 g psyllium
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 60 g Tahini (sesame paste)
- 350 ml lukewarm water
Preparation:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour the batter into a biscuit tin lined with baking paper. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C upper/lower heat (160°C circulating air).
- Bake the bread in the bottom third for about 85 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
- Allow the loaf to cool for about 15 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.
TIP: Nut bread tastes great with mashed avocado.
