Homemade gluten-free granola

Ingredients:
- Gluten-free oat flakes
- Nuts
- Coconut (grated or flaked)
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- Cinnamon
Procedure:
- Heat the oven to 180 °C. Place all the nuts in the oven for about 10 minutes. (Careful! The nuts must not burn, just toast them).
- Heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Don't skimp on the cinnamon. Let the mixture "bubble".
- Add the oatmeal and coconut to the fried nuts and top everything off.
- Mix thoroughly and place in the oven until crispy and nicely toasted.
