Homemade gluten-free granola

Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free oat flakes
  • Nuts
  • Coconut (grated or flaked)
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Cinnamon

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C. Place all the nuts in the oven for about 10 minutes. (Careful! The nuts must not burn, just toast them).
  2. Heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Don't skimp on the cinnamon. Let the mixture "bubble".
  3. Add the oatmeal and coconut to the fried nuts and top everything off.
  4. Mix thoroughly and place in the oven until crispy and nicely toasted.
