Pancakes full of fantasy

Ingredients:
- 200 g gluten-free mixture for pierogi and pancakes GLUTEN-FREE
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 350 ml milk
- 15 g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 30 g sugar
Procedure:
- Mix all the dry ingredients, in another bowl mix the egg, milk and melted butter. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, process into a smooth dough with a hand mixer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Melt some butter in a pan and fry the fritters until golden.
- Serve the fritters still warm with fruit and maple syrup, honey or yoghurt - depending on your taste.
