Chocolate soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 25 g light flour, gluten-free
  • 125 g cooking chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 g sugar
  • Butter for greasing
  • icing sugar for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (upper/lower heat).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the egg yolks and sugar.
  4. Mix the egg yolks and sugar with the flour, melted chocolate and mix well.
  5. Fill the moulds approximately ⅔ full.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the surface is firm but the inside is still liquid. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
