Chocolate soufflé

Ingredients:
- 25 g light flour, gluten-free
- 125 g cooking chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 g sugar
- Butter for greasing
- icing sugar for decoration
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (upper/lower heat).
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the egg yolks and sugar.
- Mix the egg yolks and sugar with the flour, melted chocolate and mix well.
- Fill the moulds approximately ⅔ full.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the surface is firm but the inside is still liquid. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
