Homemade toast

Ingredients:
Toasted bread own:
- ½ cube of yeast or 7 g of dried yeast
- 5 tablespoons water
- 5 g sugar
- 300 ml lukewarm milk
- 400 g all-purpose light flour (or similar flour or mixture)
- 3 eggs (L)
- 10 g salt
- 1,5 tbsp fruit vinegar
- approximately 2 teaspoons oil
Preparing your own toasted bread:
- In a cup, mix the yeast with the sugar and 5 tablespoons of water and let rise for 10 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients with the sourdough starter and then knead for 3 minutes.
- Grease a toast bread tin with oil and add the dough. Smooth the surface and brush with oil. Cover with cling film for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (upper/lower heat).
- Remove the foil and bake in the lower third of the oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 190°C and bake for a further 35 minutes.
- Remove the mould from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack in the mould.
