Pea soup with mint

Ingredients:
- ½ kg of green peas
- 1 leek (green part)
- 1 onion
- butter for frying
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- gluten free croutons GLUTEN FREE
Procedure:
- Slice the onion and leek, then fry in a pan with butter for about 10 minutes.
- Place peas in boiling water and cook over low heat.
- Place the finished vegetables in the peas. Cook for another 10 minutes, add the mint and blend until smooth.
- If the cream is too thick, add boiling water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
TIP: Sprinkle croutons over the soup before serving.
