Pea soup with mint

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Slice the onion and leek, then fry in a pan with butter for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place peas in boiling water and cook over low heat.
  3. Place the finished vegetables in the peas. Cook for another 10 minutes, add the mint and blend until smooth.
  4. If the cream is too thick, add boiling water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

TIP: Sprinkle croutons over the soup before serving.
