Gluten-free raspberry tiramisu

Ingredients (4 servings):

1 package SCHÄR - SAVOIARDI biscuits

260 g mascarpone

2 egg whites

90 g of sugar

30 ml white dessert wine or sugar water

110 g raspberries
Procedure:

First, beat the egg whites until stiff. Then mix the mascarpone with the sugar and carefully spread this mixture under the beaten eggs.

Break the biscuits as desired and place them in four custard cups. Pour wine or sugar water over them and then apply a layer of custard and a layer of raspberries to each cup.

Keep alternating the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Finally, chill slightly in the fridge and serve.
