Mediterranean pasta salad

Ingredients:
- 300 g SEITZ Pasta RIGATONI, gluten-free
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 g rocket
- 150 g olives, sprinkled
- 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
- mustard
- salt, pepper
- sugar
- rosemary, thyme and oregano
Procedure:
- Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions.
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into fine cubes and fry with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half or in quarters depending on their size. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, wash the rocket and slice the olives.
- For the marinade, mix with the vinegar, remaining oil, tomato paste, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Add the sautéed onion and garlic. Season the marinade with the remaining spices.
- Mix everything together and serve.
