Pasta salad with minced meat

Ingredients:
- 250 g SEITZ pasta RIGATONI
- can of beans
- mini corn, canned (about 80 g)
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ red pepper
- olive oil for sunbathing
- 125 g ground beef
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 70 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Procedure:
- Rinse the beans and corn with cold water. Peel the shallots and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into small cubes. Chop the corn.
- Fry the minced meat in olive oil. Add shallots, garlic, peppers, corn cubes, tomatoes, spices and tomato paste and fry briefly. Add chopped tomatoes and beans, mix well and cook.
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package in boiling salted water. Then drain the water and cool thoroughly.
- Mix the noodles with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or cold with cilantro and grilled corn chips.
