Pasta with curry sauce

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • 750 ml coconut milk
  • 15 g yellow curry paste
  • approximately ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • approximately 1 tsp gluten-free cornstarch
  • 1,5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Procedure:

  1. Boil the coconut milk with the curry paste.
  2. Cook the noodles as directed in boiling salted water.
  3. Mix the starch with the coconut milk, add to the sauce and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Season the sauce with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix and serve.

TIP: Vegetable lovers can improve the sauce by adding vegetables.
