Pasta with curry sauce

Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 750 ml coconut milk
- 15 g yellow curry paste
- approximately ½ teaspoon curry powder
- approximately 1 tsp gluten-free cornstarch
- 1,5 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
Procedure:
- Boil the coconut milk with the curry paste.
- Cook the noodles as directed in boiling salted water.
- Mix the starch with the coconut milk, add to the sauce and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Season the sauce with the remaining ingredients.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix and serve.
TIP: Vegetable lovers can improve the sauce by adding vegetables.
