Tiger Nut chocolate biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 75 g of buckwheat or buckwheat flour
  • 125 g rice flour
  • 150 g margarine, room temperature
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 15 g baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (upper / lower heat).
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Work the dough on a floured rolling pin and roll it out to about a centimetre thick and cut it into cubes. Form the cubes into balls and press with a meat mallet or fork.
  3. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C until the biscuits are golden. The baking time will therefore vary according to the size of the individual biscuits (about 15 minutes).
  4. Carefully remove the biscuits and leave to cool.
