Tiger Nut chocolate biscuits

Ingredients:
- 75 g of buckwheat or buckwheat flour
- 125 g rice flour
- 150 g margarine, room temperature
- 75 g brown sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 15 g baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (upper / lower heat).
- Mix all the ingredients. Work the dough on a floured rolling pin and roll it out to about a centimetre thick and cut it into cubes. Form the cubes into balls and press with a meat mallet or fork.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C until the biscuits are golden. The baking time will therefore vary according to the size of the individual biscuits (about 15 minutes).
- Carefully remove the biscuits and leave to cool.
