Banana-coconut waffles

Ingredients:
- 30 g gluten-free mixture for pierogi and pancakes GLUTEN-FREE
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 ml coconut drink
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ tbsp agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Blend all ingredients with a stick blender until smooth and toast in a waffle iron brushed with a little coconut oil (or other fat) for about 3 minutes.
- Serve with date or maple syrup and fruit.
