Gluten-free grills

Do you feel like making something sweet, but baking is not your forte? Delicious desserts can be created without baking. One of them is grilled desserts. If you spend a little time on them, success is guaranteed.
Ingredients:
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (approx. 400 g)
- 200 g ground nuts
- Gluten-free wafers
Procedure:
- First, start with the preparation of the caramel. Start by first caramelising the caramel at a lower temperature. Towards the end of the caramel preparation, stir until all the sugar lumps have dissolved.
- Stir the butter into the caramel a few at a time and then the condensed milk. To prevent the caramel from curdling, it's important to make sure the butter and milk are at room temperature and add them to the caramel gradually. Finally, stir in the ground nuts and remove the pot from the heat.
- Start spreading the caramel filling evenly on the wafers, layering them on top of each other. Work with the filling as quickly as possible so that it doesn't cool and harden. Cover the grillers with a baking sheet and refrigerate them, covered, until the next day.
- The next day, using a serrated knife, first cut off the edges and then cut the rest into the desired shapes. Decorate or dip in chocolate to taste. We wish you a good taste.
