Dino pasta with carrots and peas
Ingredients:
- 1 kg carrots
- Approximately 75 g vegan butter
- 250 g peas (e.g. frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt, pepper
- Vegetable broth
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots, cut into thin slices and fry in butter until al dente.
- Just before the end of the cooking time, add the peas and flour and fry briefly.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Add the pasta to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock and serve.
