Gnocchi with mushrooms and curls

Is gnocchi already one of your favourite dishes and you want to prepare it in a new way at home? Their preparation is easy and quick, so they are the ideal meal when you are in a hurry or don't want to spend a long time cooking.
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of gnocchi
- 4 leaves of chervil
- 8 pieces of mushrooms
- 100 g bacon
- parmesan cheese for sprinkling
- olive oil
- salt
Procedure:
- Cut the mushrooms into marigolds. Remove the hard centre from the curly mushrooms and cut into cubes or noodles.
- Heat a few drops of olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon until golden brown. After frying, remove the bacon from the pan and cut it into pieces when it has cooled.
- In the bacon fat, fry the mushrooms until golden brown and season with salt to taste. When they start to turn golden, add the chopped currants and let them wilt.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Add the bacon, gnocchi and mushrooms to the pan with the gherkins and stir.
- Serve the finished dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
