Obatzda (cheese spread) with salty sticks

Ingredients:
- Salty sticks
- 125 g of spicy ermine
- ½ small onion
- 50 g cream cheese
- 25 g butter, softened
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika, sweet
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- salt, pepper
- chives for garnish
Procedure:
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Mash the ermine, cream cheese and butter with a fork until creamy. Stir in the spices and onion and season with salt and pepper until seasoned. Protect before serving (at least 30 minutes).
- Garnish the obatzda with chives and serve with salty breadsticks.
