Paprika bread PKU

Ingredients:
- 0,5kg BALVITEN home-made flour PKU, GLUTEN FREE - Mixture of PKU low protein all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 20g sugar
- 5g salt
- 20g yeast / 7g dried yeast
- 1/2 tsp red sweet paprika
- 2 pieces each of red, yellow and green peppers
Procedure:
- Add the sweet paprika and finely chopped raw peppers to the flour.
- Pour water into a bowl, add flour mixed with paprika, salt, oil, sugar and yeast. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and make a dough.
- Place the finished dough in a narrow baking dish. Cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place until the bread rises.
- Grease the top of the bread with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180 °C.
