Ingredients:
- 250 g Gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
- 25 g yeast / 1/5 bag of dried yeast
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 125 g hot water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon Provençal seasoning
Procedure:
- Mix the yeast in a cup with the sugar and a little water and set aside in a warm place.
- Stir the flour into the bowl, add the salt, oil and the rest of the warm water.
- Work the dough through and place on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with tomato puree, tomato sauce or ketchup.
- Add ingredients to taste (ham, mushrooms, peppers, cheese ...).
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
